About Neurology Consultant LLC
Michael Levine MD has been a partner at Indiana Neuroscience Associates for over 30 years and has been performing independent medical review and related IME services for over 15 years. In October 2022, Neurology Consultant LLC was formed; a new corporation specializing in independent medical chart review and IME evaluation for neurologic disorders. In addition to these services, neurologic testing, electromyography, EEG and sleep study interpretations are available to 3rd party medical groups and offices.
